Terms of Use

The terms that govern your use of agentdna.io. The AgentDNA platform has its own agreement.

Last updated 2 November 2026

Accepting these terms

These terms govern your use of agentdna.io (the “site”), including the forms on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Use of the AgentDNA platform, the SDK and the dashboard is covered by the separate agreement you accept when you sign up or sign an order with us. If that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement applies.

Using the site

You may browse the site and use its content to learn about AgentDNA and to evaluate it for your organisation. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Forms and requests

When you send us a form, such as Get a demo, the Security Health Check or Contact, you agree that:

  • The information you give is accurate, and it’s yours to share, or you’re authorised to share it on behalf of your organisation.
  • You won’t include passwords, API keys, tokens or other secrets, sensitive personal information, or other people’s personal information beyond what your request needs.
  • We may contact you, using the details you gave, about the request you made.
  • Sending a form doesn’t create an agreement or any obligation to buy, for you or for us. We may decline or not respond to a request, for example if it appears automated, abusive or unrelated to AgentDNA.

How we handle the personal information you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Demos and the Security Health Check

Demos and walkthroughs are free and come with no obligation. Any trial or production access to the AgentDNA platform is covered by its own agreement.

The Security Health Check is free and based on the information you give us. Your health score and report are an informational view of the risks and gaps in your agentic workflows. They aren’t an audit, a certification, a penetration test or legal advice, and they don’t guarantee that your systems are secure. The check doesn’t involve us accessing or testing your systems unless we agree that separately, in writing.

Your report is yours to use within your organisation. The way we assess and present it remains ours.

Acceptable use

When using the site, please don’t:

  • Break the law, or help anyone else do so.
  • Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or other people’s data.
  • Interfere with the site’s security or performance, including by scraping it at a rate that degrades it, or by introducing malware.
  • Send automated, bulk or misleading form submissions, or content that is harmful or unlawful.
  • Misrepresent who you are or your connection with AgentDNA.

Reporting vulnerabilities

If you think you’ve found a security vulnerability, please tell us privately through Report a vulnerability rather than testing it on live systems. Research that follows the disclosure policy on that page is covered by its safe harbour; testing outside that policy isn’t authorised by these terms.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, graphics, the AgentDNA name, logo and the DNA mark, belong to AgentDNA or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms don’t give you any right to use our name or brand without our permission.

Source code we publish openly, such as on GitHub, is licensed under the terms in each repository.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you. Thank you for helping us improve.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors. Information on the site, including any health score or report, is for general purposes and is not professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, AgentDNA won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including decisions you make based on a health score or report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where AgentDNA is established, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
